I was used by crst inc an now they want me to pay them 4,000 odd dollars, after they fired me for listening to my trainer.in there policy it stats i should follow my train lead! I was treated an still is being treated unfairly by crst inc, iwas with a trainer that clearly stated that him an myself was on home time. That was not the case after the night of trainer paying for my way in to a club an drinks ect, i got fired for being treated to club an dinner an drinks on so called home time. I had asked my dispatcher to get me off this truck an trainer for many of reasons, that was with in a 24 hr priod on the truck with a dog another student myslef an owner operrater dale, i was told to hang in there dale has nothing to say bad about you maybe cuase the truck is full. Mr williams pled with me not to got off his truck, we are mor like i drove the other student home to nashville tenns from california. While owner an other student slept, do to there off time in san diego before picking me up in fontana cali. Prior to the night my trainer changed on me in dallas texas, we was in lerdo tx where he went to a strip club i refused that week of club knowing we had a pick up at any given time, it was a lay over waitting for a load to come from over the mexico border. I stayed in the room that owner paid for with is dog while he went to the club an got drunk. I have proof of all said an really dont know where to go with it, tried to talk to higher folks in crts inc but was fired an dale williams got off with a warning. But this is my trainer an the one that paid for me to have a so call good time in texas for off time. I would stay out the truck at truck stops until this man statred to driven, he asked me to take pictures of him naked to send to a female or male i didn't know, however i told him not to ever come at me like that again, after all we both are men well i know what i'am and care less what he was or thought he was. I talked to the dispatcher on this, nothing happen again. At this point i had 1 week an 3 days left with this mentor, so i tried to make it with out any problem so i could move on.in dallas after confirming we're on home time in dalls tx, dale williams word{i know you didn't go last week with me, but this week where off dont have a load until monday, we made it to texas on thursday7 14 08. So i felt i was in the right to do what he was asking of me, instead i got fired for having drinks as a student but the trainer set me up for it now that i sit back an think of it. Dale williams really got mad when i would not deal with his new freind he had spent so much time with on his lap top while i drove all over the state. She was the reason why he even went back to texas after meeting her the prior week we was in texas laredo at a burger king. I told him before going to texas again i will n't deal with his choice of women an no i was not going to some amussment park to entertain his new found freind an her freind. He showed out for that reason in front of these 2 women cuase i didnt want to be with her freind. They kicked me out the car then he accused me of having his laptop, told me he didnt want in his room nor truck. The police came an sereach all my stuff no laptop are any of his belonging in my possion, at this point yes i upset an ready to put a foot in his #&* if you know what imean. I asked the police to just take me away from him cuase i would hurt him, they did an took me to a center in texas less then 3 hr i was out an no blood test, breath test was taking on me for bac. There was no case filed on me at all in texas, cuase i was more upset then drinking are drunk. I called crst inc that morning was told to go to the greyhound to hook up with new trainer, 30 min later told i was fired for policy reason when i have broken no policy of crst nor fedreal dot. Mr dale williams recived a new student an kept his job.in texas the law is if you have an outer state id you must u must sign an ordance unicard systems my id # was xx81 on 7 14 08 paid in full by trainer dale williams by criedt card, crst didn't want to here it. Now it's hard for me to get on any company regardless cuase crst is none for sueing other company's for thier students, i feel i was termnated wrongful by crst, trainers dont treat nor pay for thier student's night out are day out then get them fired an nothing happens to the trianer! Thiers is more too this and if i have a case are even able to just join another company i would be ok with that, im not going to pay a dime until i find away to get this in someone court wrongful termantion, i have found another job driven trucks but it's not what i truely want to do, i love the long hual an thats what i want an i refuse to let crst jerk over me are someone else like this. I was used to drive over 5,000 miles while the trainer slept an would not driver no longer then 3 hrs a day, lying to dispacth like he was sick, i guess he got mad are felt i told on him when his random drug test hit him, that when that man changed an i should have gotten off an kept my job. Crst dont care about a student rights if you ride with a owner operater you have no rights nor say so they listen to the one the get money from an not the new person (student) they dont know. So your jacked all the way around. If someone have any good input on the next move for me please send it are give it to me, i want to driver long hual and crst is wrong an should have not broken the contract, so i feel i owe the nothing nor should the stop me from joining another company with thier sueing someone other then their dayum self for, being silly cuase mr trucking dale will slip and i hope it cost the dayum company big
