On August 19th I ordered a wig from this company. On August 26th they claim it was shipped. Here I sit today on September 22 and still no wig. I have sent countless emails to their customer service department with absolutely no reply whatsoever. I sent some emails to a lady named "Kim" who reply but used words - "don't you have enough brains to provide a invoice number"! BUYER BEWARE. They won't even provide a tracking number for this item, they just keep repeating that it was shipped. I launched a paypal dispute on Sept. 15th (3 weeks after my item was supposedly shipped) and they haven't even responded to that. I have told them I will report them to the Better Business Bureau (which I will) then I started to get emails from them again, although not very nice ones as you can see by my quote above.
Again, buyer beware... This is a terrrible TERRIBLE company and from what I read online I'm not the only one this has happened to. I am going to do my part and report them and I hope everyone else does the same.
