Got service with Cox in July and was promised quality service aswell as 1 month free of starz for new service. Had horrible service (cable, phone, and dsl) the whole 1 1/2 month with them and found out I had a neighbor stealing cable from me. They did nothing about it. They credited part of the months bill back for the whole neighbor thing. Since I had no service to bad service for my telephone, dsl and cable services. Well when I though the problem was over... My service kept getting interrupted, shut off and volume was all wack!
They had to come give me a brand new box after all the phone calls I made because the one they gave me was so old and useless.
Last but not least. The FREE Starz they were providing for me for getting new service with them. Well they were billing me $14 a month for that. Sneaky - Yeah I would say so. Their customer service is a joke and you have to insist and complain forever to get anywhere with them for their mistakes.
