Ms Rochester of Nationwide Credit 954-874-4099 has pepeatedly called my mother's home and my cell number trying to collect a debt which my mother is accountable for (She tried to settle with Amex but they "sold it off"). She has threatened litigation, ignores my request to place it in writing, and to put us on the DO not Call list. Ms Rochester is harrassing both of us and should review the FTC's Fair Debt Collection act before I sue her and her company for harassment. AMEX should be more considerate and comsumer - relationship oriented. HEY AMEX - wake up and help your customers! Hey Ms Rochester - stop harassing us.
