I called Brigitt who claimed she was located in Rocklyn but found out she is located in Roseville. She advertised her puppies in Kijiji.com. When I went to her location, the house was filthy, the dogs had long ass nails, and scratched like they had fleas. NO shots given, NO registration papers, based on the looks of the parents, I can tell they are not purebred Chihuahuas. She also lets them go at 6 weeks which is against California Law. There are 10 dogs running loose in the house. We (my husband and I) told her we had to think about it and would contact her back. We went home and showered! And called Placer County Animal Control. We hope to God these poor dogs are now being taken care of properly. Please use caution when dealing with these backyard breeders. Look for reputable breeders.
