We are awaiting the arrival of our little bundle of joy tonight and I wanted to post a positive review for Purebred Breeders.com. Having read their negative reviews, I was rather leery of going through them for our Frenchie, but honestly, their professionalism and quick replies made me feel better. Now I'm a New Yorker, so we have no problem whatsoever staying maniacally on top of whatever projects we undertake, so I didn't mind following up with them to check in if I didn't hear back from the travel department quickly enough. (They responded immediately.) I got to speak to my midwest-based breeder and he's fabulous! He also reported that Purebred DOES do stringent background checks (vets, etc) on their breeders, require DNA testing of puppies to ensure purebreed status AND toss them out of their program after ANY problems at all with them. (Which, dogs being dogs PLUS the volume of pets they sell in a week, can happen.) They're also great, he reported, about replacing an animal if it doesn't work out. I'm not a big review poster, but I did want to help out anyone who has initial concerns, like I did. Go for it!
