OH MY GOSH,
I never would have thought I would get caught up with a scam like this, It has almost cost me my home and I am out the money that i have invested, fortunatly I was quick to catch on to them but not until I had sent them Funds they had disconnected numbers and had not informed that they were going out of business after all the searching I and emails to the so called case manager I was able to get new numbers and find out what had happened I have done all the work as far as contacting the home lender, and kept hearing wait for another week after, almost 3 months had passed my home is scheduled for closure on the 9th of march and they have done not one thing they had indicated that they were confident of was going to happen, i have made several attempts to contact them and after the last message I was contacted and told a refund would not be issued as mason capital was no longer in business and Gretchen Fox is not affiliated with them any longer, well that is not true and i am going to see that something is done i had spent money as well as alot of time faxing over the documents regarding this hardship and needless to say i had to fax over more than 3 times as they were either not found or incomplete, i had to contact my mortgage company and see that they in turn had received what i had sent to mason, and of course you're right they hadn't my husband had lost his job after 26 yrs and had 4 surgeries in 4 months which led up to him loosing his job we had to give up everything including autos and even household items to pay what we could to get the money to them so we cold get out of this, and they didn't help us we all need to get something going to seek legal action for what they are doing to people this is aweful
