People please be aware this company is a scam they will do nothing but take your money and after that you will lose your home as a former employee I could'nt take it to hear the phone ring with clients calling saying they sold my house and I want my money back. Mason Capital Group is getting ritch of people and there best line is dont pay your mortgage while you work with us cause they know you cant pay both, People if you dont pay your mortgage call your lender and save your money dont give it away! Once your money has came in the office they put in on a board and the hardship counselors but if you were smart you would know there sales agents get a percenatge of it then after that it goes to the processing department and its a nightmare nobody will call you back regarding your file it may even get lost. You will just end up out of a house and money this is a scam. Key things to rember this is not backed by the Federal Goverment as they say The State of California does not even back them up there LLC is registered in New Mexico so they can just shut down and start all over again if you ask for a refund you will not get it they will jerk you around. They have been denied business with diffrent merchant accounts due to the fact that they dont issue a refund so clients submit charge backs and merchants only allow so many then they get suspicous of the business themselves. If your not late on your mortgage dont sign up with them find a company that will work with you on a basis of being paid after its done and there is no such thing as the lender removing your lates on your credit. It will stay there for 2 years.
They can not freeze a sale date
Your interest may go down but your payment will not drop 20%to 40%
they will not put all back payments on the back end of the loan maybe some but not all you will have to pay alot of it.
Short sales can be done with your local real estate agent
