I purchased an item from their website and paid by credit card and haven't heard from them since after sending an inquiry Not Sure

On August 9th this year I ordered a single pack of potassium hydroxide from Summer Bee Meadow and paid by credit card.

On August 28th I sent an e-mail requesting information on my purchase and received no responce.
