They repeatedly are late on making payments to my creditors. Numerous charges on my accounts & are behind by three months. They're holding over $2,000 of my money & they continue to give me excuses or that they will investigate my account or that payment was sent but when I get my statement it shows a past due amount just on one accont over $1 overdue. Have sent Certified mailings to them with NO RESPONSE. Am desperate & don't know what to do. While they continue to extract money out of my account. What am I to do??
