Doug campion, mgr. For first universal lending, is a real rip off and will lie about everything he tells you. His company is in business to rip people off, campion told my wife and myself when he first called us about the modefication program, he said there was a money back gurantee if he could not help us. They did not help us and he has refused to return our money we paid them. He called me 09/15 and hung up. I called him back and he told me i was crazy and i was a mental patient. His employee, mrs greene, told me at one time she could get my interest rate lowered maybe to a 5.25% and payments lowered as much as $1,500.00 per month, she never did for the fact was, she never contacted my morgage company but a few times, and the morgage company tried to call her several times about papers they needed and always got her answering machine. Leaving messages, so finally the morgage company called me, and i sent papers to them, and i called mrs. Greene and told her what i had to do about the papers, and she blessed me out big time. She or mr, campion are both real, professionals, but not for the business they are paid to do, but professional rip offs. I had asked several times for my money back, and have been refused. For everyone needing help with modefication, or home finance, please do not use first universal lending, in west palm beach, florida, and please do not use doug campion or mrs. Greene, unless you have money just to give away, because that is what you will be doing, because you will not get the services promised from first universal lending. They are all rip offs with this company, and really need to be put out of business. There are lots of good companies out there willing to help people in need. But please for your own good do not use first universal lending.By the way doug campion, has contacted about my article on the rip off report, and he told me, i had better do what ever it took to get the report removed or i would be sorry. I took this as a threat. Campion, on 09,15, told me he was going to sue me for slander, for the things i said in this report, he has spoken to a attorney, and i have a low i.Q. And he would not pay my money back to me. He is a real jerk. I hope that when i have to go to court to defend myself against campion, all of you folks we have talked to about being ripped off by him and his company, will back me as you have said you would do.
