I was contacted by doug campion, mgr. With first universal lending about wanting to finance a home for me, and also do a modifacation on the mortgage i now have. After sending me a pre-approved letter on the new mortgage, with a no money down loan, i was contacted and told that i would have to put a large down payment down, and for me to send the money to him, and he would get the l oan approved, and get a closing date. I did not send the money, and he got very ugly with me. Also i had started a modifacation program with his company, and i had a hard time getting them to call me back, the message was they were always on the phone with my creditors, and here it is three months in the program, i have nothing from them. Kengra greene, doing the work on my file had told me several times she could get my mortgage lowered at lease $1,000.00 per month and lower interest rate to 6.2%. The only time i hear from the company it is about 2 or 3 days before the due date for another monthly payment, which is $399.00 per month, they are going to make sure you send their payment. I will not send them any more payments until i know, they have inproved my current loan, with a lower mortgage payment and a lower interest rate. I am ready to file a suite against these workers and their company. I am fed with with their lies.
