Larry kupferman not only took my money and refused to refund the retainerso i was forced to continue my custody and divorce case with him representing me.
The firm promised me i would get full custody i would have final decree within 1 year and now im going on 2 1/2 years and i have given more money to them i have been manipulated by a savy unscrupulous lawyer who preyed on my vulnerability and my emotions.
These undynamic unprepared duo know how fragile people are when facing separation of family and they make sure they feed you what at the time seems like good advice, but is not. They will pressure you to make decisions you later regret like getting a restraining order against your significant other and removing them from the home by force.
Take my advice there are better ways to handle this i regret what i did now im still trying to get custody and im paying more out to my spouse than i would have if we had attended therapy and gone to a mediator to help sort out financial separation @ $150 -$175 hour its worth it to pay a mediator and leave the lawyers out, because on top of paying larrry the legal crook i had to pay the mediator also. Don't let my mistake be yours.
I am compelled to write this because lawrence kupferman was not prepared was full of hot air standing in his armani suit and talking to other clients while he was in court with me. This firm is about how much money they can steal from clients and they can do this legally because they have a license.
They have too many clients and not enough time to service them and when they show up in court they are totally unaware of what they need to do and how they need to behave to keep clients needs a priority beware the georgia bar will also receive a detailed letter and for anyone wronged by this firm you should do the same email me i will be glad to give you a copy of my letter to send with yours their is recourse and this firms day has come!
