Matched price plus 10%

The Lowe's in muncie, IN does not honor the competitors price plus 10%. They try to tell me that a "sale" doesn't count? When there own ad states, CLOSEOUT, SPECIAL ORDER, DISCONTINUED, CLEARANCE, LIQUIDATION, & DAMAGED items".
They have also stated to me on a price match plus 10% that Menard's wood is "not as good as the wood at Lowe's"
this is false advertising & needs to be stopped by a class action lawsuit against Lowe's.
