In April 08 I ordered a subscription to a magazine which I never received I filed report with BBB, Dallas They got no response BBB closed case Sept 12

I ordered a subscription to Giant Magazine in Apr 08. I never received the magazine. I have copies of receipt and cancelled check. I filed a report with the Better Bus. Bureau of Dallas. They did not get any response so they closed the case.
