Assult, one of the enployees hit my husband in the chest with a hard plastic cup, when he asked why they didn't wear gloves, manager said my husband was be rude, so does that give them the right to hit a costumer

Employee asulted my husband said he was rude because he didn't want her touching his food with her bare hands, how many rude customers are there. Hit him in the chest with a cup, that's assult and she should be dealt with, because if he would have hit her and used the old mother fu... And theaten to woop her a... You can best beleive he be in jail.
