I wrote a letter to the former Govenor of Hawaii, as a result the CSE office of Hilo Hawaii contacted Benn Wilcox by phone. Benn promised to start making payments after the first of the year. I'm thinking that could be anytime between 01/01 and 12/31. This is a digusting man by all means. Not only did he promise to start making palyments to me personally he up and moved into a NEW HOUSE in Hilo Hawaii over the New Year week. He has yet to report his new address. I have news. Michigan's Washtenaw County FOC has finally established a "FELONY WARRANT PROGRAM" Benn Wilcox will be on that list very soon. He did manage to send the children Christmas presents. Still he does not communicate with the children on a regular basis as he so prefectly promised to so.
