Benn Wilcox AKA ELLE DARROW a Trans-gender "woman". Last reported Benn Wilcox was finally arrested in Hilo Hawaii in November for non-payment of child support. He was taken from Hilo, Hawaii and In February on 2005 Benn finally arrived in Ann Arbor, MI to face criminal charges of Child support evasion owing, at that time more then $50,000.00.
After court was held in March Benn was to return to Hawaii and serve out 5 years of probation. He was paying and all was good. Then in October no payment was sent, same with January and February. No Payment has been sent. I called the FOC in Washtenaw County, Ann Arbor, MI and to my surprise Benn has legally change his name to ELLE DARROW. Elle has been his "nick name" given to him by his girlfriend, Tracie. Elle Darrow, please pay your child support, as that would be my rent payment, I am in dire straights and your daughter and I need your support as has been ordered by the courts. You may not be a part of Gabe and Taryn's life any longer; woman or not, you have legal responsibilities. I will never let you off!!! You missed GAbe's 18th birthday and Taryn's 14th. A real woman would never miss her child's birthday. Tracie, you should have never come between Benn / Elle and his children.
