Since I lived in an apartment that Nutley Properties mananges. The address is 17-C Yale Street Nutley, NJ 07110. I moved out on March 31st. Later I received my deposit less $75.75. They claimed that the fee was to clean stove and it was "brand new for this tenant". It is not possible that the stove could be brand new after almost 4 years, which is common sense. Also I have cleaned the stove before I moved out. I also wonder how this $75.75 was determined?
