Schmidt re: final notification $200,000.00usd

I was sent a letter with a 4,290.00 dollar check. Was told the check would cover the non resident government tax. Tax amount was 3,850.00 dollars.

Was advised to contact claim agent Mr. Dan Freeman.
I called him, he told me to deposit the check in my bank and call him back. That is where I left it.
