He caused what could have been a simple matter into a night mare by taking money and doing nothing... Spinning your wheels and always promising... He pretends to be your friend... Using "hands to god"
often and signs his emails "blessings"
Howard is a true con artist and takes huge amounts of monies to do nothing.
Howard lost his license in Feb. And although he was ordered by law to notify his existing clients, he did not.
He continued to profess to practice and stole $25,000 from me though he knew this was from my meager retirement monies and he knew that at 73 with a failing bz and frightfully in debt
i have no means of support.
He was to pay my back rent, which he instructed me not to pay to build a case he could not fight... His associate and I signed a stipulation in court. Howard promised to pay my rent and then renigged
He was to pay my rent and return the balance to me as he took this money knowing full well he was unable to practice law.
Howard is a scroundel and has no compassion andno remorse for the people he has so brutally destroyed.

The many hours it has demanded has invaded in my life to accumulate proof for the various agencies who may be able to help has robbed me of weekends and time away from my failing bz. He has created a dominio effect that
