An unknown, unauthorized charge appeared on my ATT bill. ATT said I had to contact the company directly.
The company, ILD Teleservices, said they could take off $9.99 for one month's charge, but not the $9.99 for the second month's charge. They said they were servicing U.S. Credit Find, & gave me an 800 number which couldn't be reached from my area.
ATT should not allow this to happen. We need a lock on our ATT account sp any new charge has to be verified from us.
