In 1 i was driving commerically for j b hunt truck co., when i slid off of the rd. And into a ditch, in front of a homeowner, home. Had to be tow out, tow truck and police came. I was given a ticket, the j b hunt safety office was call, the police talk to them on my cell phone, i need to get the homeowner info for, j b hunt safety, pictures was taken by police, and a report was writen by police. So i did give insurance info. When i was given a ticket, by lascaster, ohio police. I had my legal service to go to court for me, they had the ticket reduce to a no points off of my license in court, which mean's that my license was suspended wrongfully. What can i do to fix this matter? I have called, but have not gotten any help. I gotten the letter with a wrong mailing adress on it telling me my license would be suspend, for not showing proof of insurance. Not true. Got letter after the date the lost of license was to take place, the BMV send the letter to and old adress.
