I was upset that I got sucked in to spending $40, not knowing it was actually $998.00!

These telemarketers call you, talk quickly, they didn't seem to take no for an answer, instead they keep lowering your rate. He made me think we would work out payments since I kept saying I didn't have the money today, then he conveniently hung up as soon as the recorded message stopped, before I could clarify anything. They record you saying what they tell you to say and then hang up B4 you ask questions. I NEVER heard anything about getting
magazines for 5 YEARS, and I called today because I got my confirmation letter saying $40 a mth. For a total of $998.25. I told Her I don't work & don't ever know how much money I will have in account every month. So she acted like all she could do was give me another discount and spread the payments over 48 months... (too long for me to have to worry about withdrawls from my bank) But they are quick to get off the phone and I still can't see paying 750.00 for magazines (it's a good deal, but not if you are'nt well off to pay for so long) They start off like its a contest & survey then make u feel like you can't refuse. I shouldn't have been a sucker to not say no. But they should slow down & tell you the "small writing" at the bottom
