I noticed a month or two ago that we were getting 19.80 taken out twice for American Leisure and Easy Saver. I asked my husband about it and he didn't know either. I finally decided to look them up and found all this stuff about ripoffs and scams. I am really frightened and don't know what to do. How did we get into this? I don't know if my husband accidentally did, or even if I did, though I don't recall signing up for anything and neither does he.
Either way, I can't find any record of this company at all - not even a website. I borrowed those websites from someone else's complaint. It seems like you don't get your money back either way. Is someone filing a lawsuit on this? I've noticed 75 complaints on this site alone, and others on similar rip off report sites. This makes me extremely angry. How can I protect my family from this kind of thing in the future, saying I even get this resolved?
I have no idea how long this has been going on. I don't always check the statements. I guess I will from now on. We are on limited income as it is and have two young children. It is enough to make you want to take all your money out of banks and hide it in a cookie jar!
