On multiple occasions I emailed these people questioning where my flowers were.in May I placed the order and according to the site, I would have everything within 6 weeks. Well, here I am in August still waiting.
Every time I asked for an update, I was told "LOL" with some stupid remark like they were working on it, or they were experiencing their busiest order time in xx years since they have been in business. Whatever. I'd rather go to my grocery store at this point to get real flowers.
My mom has been freaking out about these flowers; so much so she called and SURPRISE, has not received a call back.
I feel like I threw my money away, but I am currently working on disputing the charges with my cc company, contacting the BB and getting in touch with the attorney general for my state. If I don't have my flowers by the time I say "I do" then all of the above will happen. Luckily, I know my wedding isn't just about pretty flowers, but it does suck that there are people like this who are just out to make a quick buck on brides who cannot afford / don't want to spend ridiculous amounts of money on flowers.
