On 7/12, the dealership asked for $500 to have a car delivered from Cerritos. No car. When I called was told that the car was stuck in traffic coming from San Diego. I said I thought it was Cerritos... Was told that perhaps that car was no longer available. Then 4 days after the car should have been there, I was told that the sales manager had cancelled the deal. When I talked to him, he said he wasn't sure that I wanted the car and that if I didn't take it, it would cost him money. When I asked why wasn't I called and informed of his decision, I received no response. When I asked when he was going to "unilaterally" decide to return my money, he said that "you can have your money back if you want" The credit card charge has not been reversed despite the efforts of the Costco auto services advocate to assist. She was told that I couldn't get a timely refund (this is now about 3 weeks later) unless I returned to the dealership with my credit card.
I was told to call the finance manager. My husband called immediately, identifying himself as calling on my behalf, left a message which has never been returned. This dealership is an embarrassment to the Infiniti tradition. There are additional complaints from other consumers if you search on line. I would be happy to provide additional information
