I signed a contract with Chris Jones of the Sports Rap show on WTMY. The show was to be simulcast on a Tampa radio station.included in the written contract was advertising throughout the football preseason and regular season on Sports Rap, referral of Buccaneers football players for dental care, and two (2) Club Level Buccaneers football season tickets with parking passes for all ten (10) Buccaneers home games, pre-season and regular season. Tickets and parking passes were to be delivered to my office by July 17.
Advertising spots have not yet been completed, approved, produced or aired. No evidence has been provided of the show being simulcast in Tampa. No Buccaneers tickets and no Buccaneers parking passes have been provided.
