4Safe has no live service personnel. Should you have a problem or question for billing, their are NO company contacts. Techies are in India and cannot help, and they have some answering service they use to get your bank acct and credit card info. Thats it.
DO NOT USE this company for any internet security or Pornography blocking. This is a shell organization that funnels money to some people in California. I will send a letter to the Governor of California notifying him to begin an investigation. The Lang Family Trust in Florida owns a bunch of the stock, not sure what the connection is. Stephen Durland may be the CFO.
If you like going around in circles (via automated email), and want a simple proxy service that doesn't work, and no people to help you reconcile a billing issue... You'll LUV this service.
This is exactly what internet "only" "blocking" service providers want... To collect cash, and pay as few people as possible. They help you put the money in their bank, but good luck when they make a mistake. I stopped their service the same day I signed up. Then they began debiting my bank again 2 mos later. That's when the fun began.
Try finding the people that own the company on the net...
