B) The United States Bankruptcy Court For the District of Delaware (motion to reconsider dismissal of chapter 13 case)
This case was resolved on March 18th through the Bankruptcy courts here in Delaware. I have tried to convey this to the numerous of your loan officers and also I have sent documents to Ken Turner and Rhonda Valencia (extension 6245) and left message with no return calls from Logan (x36293) and Randolph (x2270).
On 19 Aug. 02 I spoke with Laura, she stated that they had receive a notice about dismissal on 21 April 02 and would put into the system, therefore I was to send my payments to Hatsboro, Pa. And of course your records will show that your company sent the checks back without cashing
Again, I tried to resolved this matter with Joseph (x36382) on 07 Jan 02and he refuse to listing to a word I was saying... His main question was Why did you file Bankruptcy?
I didnt understanding the question meaning I called to resolve the money problem and he asking why I filed bankruptcy. He went on o say that my March check was applied to Oct. 01after that we lost all forms of communication
I would like to resolved this matter and maybe if your agents would get in contact with your lawyers that handled the March 18 hearing in the United States Bankruptcy Court District of Delaware (case no.: 98-00064-PJW) this matter will be resolved
