I purchased a bracelet from what I thought was a company in New York - I got the bracelet and it was junk. I emailed the "customer service" department on the website stating that I wanted to return the item. I was told that I had to return the item to an adress in China, once the item was recieved, my credit card would be refunded. I returned the item, as I was told, to the address in China. It did get held up in customs for a bit, but finally, it was delivered. I recieved an email from "Steve" stating that he had the item and that credit would be issued. I have been waiting for over 2 months, still no credit. Now all of my emails to him are going unanswered. I want my money back and I want other buyers to beware and not buy from this site.
