Washington, Inc., Joseph Washington When I sent a money order payment of $31.98 to his address, he never sent me my product that I ordered from him

I ordered from Joseph Washington on January 29 online and sent the money order payment of $31.98 for the 202 episodes of Alice - The Complete Comedy series. I waited two months for the order and he never sent it to me. I decided to trace the money order from the post office and when I got it traced, it proves that he cashed it and pocketed the money for himself.

I want to get him for ripping me off that I request that he give me all my money back and send it back to me. Please help me.
