I was considering doing business with this company, and even had a few preliminary meetings and proposal for a scope of work. They wanted to charge me A LOT Of money, for things I wasn't sure we needed. Then I did some research and background check on them and found out they are a scam.
They start out their proposal by offering you some piece of garbage they call a "manifesto". This is a document which doesn't directly address your issue or company, but instead speaks in grandiose generalities about irrelevant issues such as Middle East peace. They pretend to tailor it to your organization, but in reality recycle most of it from client to client.
The reason they do this is to promote the ego of their founder, Bill Toliver, one of the most arrogant and pigheaded men I have ever met. Bill is basically a delusional evangelist who talks a good talk but is full of hot air. He knows nothing about the realities of the nonprofit world, and instead will exploit your fears and weaknesses to make it seem as if you need their services.
They straight out lie to get business and will say or do anything to make a buck. For example, they have never worked for some of the organizations they post as clients (in several cases, the marketing person I spoke with claimed they had never heard of them) and they list some sort of nonexistent "board of directors" that includes some people they have never met.
What's even worse is that they try to come off as this progressive, let's save the world type place. Disgusting.
Avoid this agency.
