Cerified IRS Solutions
Promised to settle my tax. Failed. Stole $2700 and went out of business

When I contacted Certified IRS Solutions Dan Lott assured me that they could "take care of" my tax debt.

I explained my situation and he said it was a "no brainer, slam dunk deal". I was told that my installment payments to the IRS would be stopped and the Offer in Compromise would be filed as I paid their fee monthly.

Both were lies. As my case was transferred to Barbara Kelsey, I was informed that I was required to continue to pay installments to the IRS and that they would not begin work on my case until the the balance of their fee was paid in full.

I was dissappointed and frustrated with the service I received on several occassions. I was even told to lie to the IRS about several of my financial situations and by decieving them I would have a better chance at resolving my case.

I received a notice that my "Offer" had been rejected. When I contacted Certified IRS Solutions to find out why, their phones were dissconnected and their web site said that they had gone out of business.

I am now in a worse situation with the IRS than before contacting Certified IRS Solutions. I am dealing directly with the IRS and having to explain why I lied to them. I am still praying that it can be worked out and I don't lose everything.

Worst of all, this is putting a huge strain on my marriage.

I was very angry at first. I didn't know what, if any, rights I had. I still don't. There doesn't seem to be a lot of protection against this sort of thing.

There may not be any thing I can do to recover my $2700 and I might lose everything to the IRS, but you should feel more sorry for the lowest form of scum that owned and ran this company.including the two people, Daniel and Barbara, I named earlier. For it was Daniel and Barbara who led me to believe that they cared about me. They took advantage of me and several hundreds of other folks who were in a vulnerable and desparate situation. They will pay.

Karma has way of paying back, typically tenfold. For every rotten thing that happens to these people in their life, they will always understand that they deserve it.

A real human, with heart and conscious, would do everything that they could to make up for what they have done.

I have seen no effort made.
