My story is virtually the same as all the others. No service or slow service. One of the tests showed 0.0 upload speed and they did not consider that slow. I was informed that there was no guarantee of speed. I changed from the home plan to the highest priced one and it got no better. I was told again that there was no guarantee and in the end I got a one time one weeks credit, but only after a four hour phone call. They say they are working on the sattelite, but when will it be done? They don't know.
