A little over a month ago, a frieind of mine came across an agency called Diamond Properities, a place where " housing needs are met" She is in an urgent situation and needs a place for her and her family live, so she tried this so - called agency that supposedly specializes in helping even those with credit issues people find housing. She submitted to them a fee of 150.00 dollars and recieved her first listing so that she could began her search for a place to live.
On her very first list of properties that she recieved, none had vacancies; the majority of the places had already been rented before she received the listing. On second listings of rental properites the she received she did find a vacancy, but the agency provided no help to her to get the place. She is dissatified with their services, but they will not return her money. When she calls or goes to the agency, the person in charge is either on her way to the office but has not arrived yet, is out of town, or is just unavailable. The agency was actually even closed for an entire business week; nobody was even there!
At this point I honestly belive that these people are just giving her the runaround. The person (s) In charge are Carolyn Bedrosian and Henrietta Bailey.
