Big Block Kennels sole us a puppy that died within 6 weeks. We then had to pay full price for another puppy that was hospitalized after 4 days with parvo. They refused to answer their phones for several days. Then they kept making appointments with us to take the dog to their vet (so we would stop incurring debt at our vet - which they refuse to reimburse us for) and then not showing up or answering their phones. Finally, after we threatened legal action they sent their brother in law to get the dog from our vet. He refused to tell us the name or location of the vet but promised to call us and let us talk to the vet when he got there. That never happened. They ignored our calls and texts for 4 days, but kept updating their website & selling dogs in the meantime. We now have no idea where or how the dog is. They will not let us see him. We get random bits of information when they feel like texting, but not much. We don't even know if he's really still alive. They also gave us a fake address for their kennel. They have turned out to be absolutely horrible, unprofessional, uncaring, and unethical people, despite saying all teh right things when we talked to them.
