Apart from it not being ready to move in, his term origional condition actually meant everything is 20 years old. We had a hot water problem save as Chris, we finally found someone who could figure out how to raise the temp, but we still always ran out. Biggie, Old Refrig leaked, he never fixed it, After two years the water was pouring out of it. He never fixed it. Now he wants to charge me because I didn't clean a disgusting old refridge that needed to be in the garbage. The place was roach invested, Window rotted and fell apart trying to open it. THey actually put the place up for sale, and when I mentioned the phone jack that didn't work, it was buyer beware. The place also had bad wiring, A circuit blew when I tryed to start my vacume, so wehad to plug it in elseware. 2 microwaves blew, no metal no reason for it, and it also killed the steam cleaner we rented to clean the carpet, which since it is 20 years old, doesn't exactly clean up that good. I'm probably going to have to go to small claims court, so anyone, don't rent or buy from this guy, because he lies and it is buyer beware. Also he always threatened that if the place failed inspection, Ie I could not tell the Inspector that the fridge leaked, he would rent it out to someone with more money. I, m so mad I wish I would have told every person he brought to show it too, everything that was wrong with it.
