I am reporting this rip off on behalf of my mother-in-law who is 75 years old. She has been charged $19.80 from this/these companies now for 1 year ON HER CREDIT CARD. She hasn't even used the credit card as many times as she has had these charges added to it!!! They can't even tell her what these charges are for!!!
We have contacted this company and they said they would remove the charges for a couple months. This is not enough! The charges should be TOTALLY removed and reimbursed.
If there are so many complaints about these companies, why are they still in business? How can they continue to get this information? What can we do to stop this from happening? What ever it is, let's do it!!!
