Does not respond to emails or customer requests. Am unable to locate internet

I was given this offer thru Visa and it seemed legit its a total ripoff this needs to be dealt with we do not need stupid surveys in order to obtain gas rebates and i thnink VISA should be responsible in some way as they are promoting this scam
