My mentally retarded son received a final notification that he was the winner of $39,000 based on lottery winning numbers of 3,7, 11,15, 23,28, 36, and 49. The letter states that $3,900 was deducted from the total prize to pay the applicable taxes.
A check for $3,900 was enclosed and we are instructed to contact lily jackson or william carter at 1-905-781-0573 as soon as we received this letter for their assistance in finalizing our claim.
This appears to be just one more company that uses this very similar letter to scam people.
