Received a letter stating I was a winner of a consumer's reward program lottery held on June 20. There was a group of winner's who won a total of $480,000.00 and my share was $39,000. They also enclosed a check for $3,900 to pay for 'taxes'. They gave a phone number and asked me to talk to Lily Jackson or William Carter. Stated prize had to claimed by 8/16 and was signed Sara Dose Vice President.
