On 2/14 I ordered 5 items from "Divers Discount" on-line (three-day delivery option, with specified need-day of 2/18). Things ordered were advertised as available. On 2/15 I received phone call from representative because two items in order were not in stock. I agreed to substitute. On 2/16 I got phone message because one substitute item was not in stock.in conversation on 2/17 I agreed to substitute it, but refused to pay three-day
delivery fee since order was not arriving by need-day. They offered to cover extra fee for one-day delivery but not three-day
delivery. Earliest order could be mailed and manager would be available was 2/19. On 2/19 manager confirmed one-day delivery offer, but refused to cover three-day delivery, even though I was not getting order within three days. He canceled my order without permission one day after specified need-day, said that I lack "people skills" and hang up.
