We entered into an agreement to purchase an led sigh from this company, 04-26.included was the sign 10 ft x 3ft, wireless equipment for programming, software and onsite training with a full 3 year warranty.
We after contacting the company many many many times have not 1. Our wireless unit has never never ever worked.
2. Company has failed to provide any warranty efforts until aug 1st 2008. They sent a tech to supposedly resolve our issues after we had sent them a letter from our attorney.
3. When their tech tony lee, shows up he expected us to do all the work provide him with material, then he would not tell us what he wanted done with the materials that he had requested.
4. After the tech from led it sign company jerked off the sign installation company, that was on site to help the tech from led it sign company. The installation company had to leave. The tech tony lee.
5. They have only on one occasion appeared on location to fix, warranty issues.
6. Tony lee's answer to fixing the problem was to remove the wireless unit completely. Then he wants us to hard wire around the wireless unit.
7. We paid for a full working sign
8. We paid for a wireless unit and that is what we want.
9. The company (s) listed do not respond to repeated efforts civil and through attorney.
