Value zone department store in irvington, nj, on springfield ave is one of the worse stores you could shop at. I purchase a tolet seat from value zone on december 11. Within two weeks of using the tolet seat one of the fittings snapped in half. I took the tolet set back to value zone with the receipt. Brought it to the manager or owners attention. He refuse to exchange the tolet seat, he stated that i had used it. I explaned to him that it was damage, and that i only had it for only 2 weeks, most tolet seats last for years. The tolet seat did not cost that much, but is was the princple. You as a company or store should stand behind you product. Value zone dont, if they sell you bad merchandise they will not accept it back. If you dont want to throw your money away. Dont buy from them.
