I purchased a battery from auto zone, I had a lot of problems with it, They had sold me the wrong battery for my car, Their error. I went back to return/exchange the batt. The employee instaled the battery and in the prosses crossed the battery cables 2 times doing a lot of damage to my 1994 jaguar, The store manager called his district manager and was told to have me get the car damages taken care of with their promise to reinburst me my expenses,
It turned out to be very expencive demage to the car, Auto Zone does not want to honor their promise, I spoke to the consumer affairs dpt. Here in california and they in turn refered me to the state of Tennessee where the head quarters for Auto Zone is located, Auto zone has been inventing lie after lie and refusing to repay me for the damages! I rec'd a letter dated Jan. 10 from the consumer affairs, Tennessee and another one from auto zone deniying my claim based on their lies, Can you help?
