My loan was sold to this company without my knowledge... I continued to pay the car dealer then this company began callling demanding payment, I started paying the company and they call me every week saying Im behind even though I have mailed copies of all of my reciepts they just recently sent a bill for 300.00 and that doesnt even equal any of my payments amounts, someone needs to investigate this company and audit the files they can say and do what they want and not listen to the consumer at all what can we do especialy if we are current
