My son and i was moving from Tennessee to see my very good friend who was in washington, on the way my truck broke in Kansas aprox. 17000 miles away, luckly i had just enough money to buy us both a bus ticket so we could get to washington, but all of our sruff had to stay in Kanas. A very nice man said that he would keep it in his storage for as long as we needed, which we thank him very much, but my son losted his favorite cat in the process.
Now its been a year, our stuff is still in Kanas and when i recieved word of a credit card with 2500 dollars, i asked the speeker if i could use this card to get cash and he said yes, i asked him again and again telling him what i was going to do with it which was using it to go back to Kanas so that i can go get my stuff that was left there when we lost our truck, and he assured me that i can get cash for my trip when i recieve my card in the mail aprox 30 days,
So next week i gave them the 200 dollars needed to start receive the card, after what seemed forever we finally recieved the envelope that we have been so much waited for, only to find out that it is a piece of paper, giving us 2500 dollars to purchace what they have on the internet, i was very upset so i called, the man on the phone told me that this card was to help establish credit so i decided to give them i try, only i could not get on to their web-site, my computer said that this web-site doesnt exsist.
Thinking that i pushed the wrong keys, i decided to look up the company, was i surprise to see that the web-site called Rip-Off came up with Platinum Advantage as their top story. I called the company to cancel and they said that they will send me a paper in the mail so that i can receive my money back if i qualify, excuse me how am i going to tell my son who has been waiting for this lousy card that i cant go get his toys, because the card wont let us have any money.
I am too poor just to hand over 200 dollars to recieve nothing, i just lost my job because of an injury at work, and the government is playing games, My family is staying with friends because we lost our apartment and now i cant even get my stuff back which is still in Kanas. What next? Well any help would be great, please help us get our money back, thankyou.
