I bought a necklace for almost $400.00 and was told it had a lifetime guarentee. It broke ten minutes after i put it on! I returned it and got a replacement - which also broke the first time i wore it! They would not give me a refund only a store credit! This company is only interested in getting your money not about customer service or any kind of quality. There merchandise is garbage. Beware!
