I purchased Michael Vincent's Automatic Forex sotware on 6/27/08. Rght away I ran into trouble with downloading and opening it, It is very difficult and not user friendly at all, as they claim. It is supposed to be very easy and can be up and running in 15 minutes, yea right. I'm fairly computer savy, I know how to download, open files copy paste, create files save files in folders etc, but a total newbie at forex Trading. His sales letter claims it is great for newbies as well as seasoned traders. I couldn't even begin to try to use it.
I started e-mailing tech support for help. Days went by, no response, I started e-mailing them daily, still no help, not one single response. So after a while I started requesting a refund. The following is pasted from his web site sales letter.
"The Automatic Forex Cash System comes with an unconditional 56 day money back guarantee.
That means you can try it out for 2 full months. If for some reason you're not completely thrilled, you can get your money back immediately. No questions asked.
There's no sneaky gimmicks or fine print to that offer it's an unconditional 56 day money back guarantee".
This is such a joke, it makes me sick to read it. They use, as many companies do, a help ticket system as well as giving you about three different e-mail addresses. He even brags in his user guide that he has even give us his personal e-mail. What good does that do when they all just just bounce back to me? Repeatedly I've sent e-mails to all three e-mail addresses, they bounce back every time.
Pasted below you can see some of the support tickets I've sent asking for a refund, because after not getting any help with opening up the software I started requesting a refund. Never one response from them. Except an autoresponder e-mail stating that they have received my e-mail and will respond soon, which never ever happens.

Below is the details of my purchase. I am requesting a refund asap. I have e-mailed support several times asking for help with using the software. I've never gotten any response. And yes I did check my spam folders. I have never even been able to even try it because I couldn't get it copied to the correct folder. Now I just want my money back! It's been 4 days now since the last request for a refund, and that was the 4th time I had requested it, only the first three times I think I was using an e-mail to another department. I was using [email protected]. I still haven't heard from you on my refund. Please issue the refund ASAP. My order # is xxxxxxxxxxx The name on the account was xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx but the billing name was xxxxx xxxxxxx. I used my pay pal master card. Why am I not getting a response? Is this one of those scam companies? I have been asking for a refund for over two weeks now. I better get a refund soon! I will be creating a dispute with pay pal by tomorrow if I don't hear from you and It will be blasted all over the internet that you are a scam and don't stand good on your money back guarantee. It has been over two weeks now that I've been asking for a refund with not one single reply. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! I will be posting this on my blogs and forums and all over every scam report site on the internet. If I don't get that refund soon!!!
